- Se usa para hablar de eventos que eran
frecuentes o eran verdad en el pasado, pero que ya no suceden o ya no
forman parte de una realidad; puede traducirse como una forma de pasado simple o como "solía...".

Para utilizar esta forma en afirmativa no hay misterio,
pero recuerda que en negativa e interrogativa, tienes que utilizar el auxiliar

Se usa para hablar de
situaciones o hechos normales, que no se salen de lo habitual, y a los que
estás acostumbrado; se traduce como "estar acostumbrado/a".

We aren’t used to the weather of this country.
To get used to

Se
usa para hablar de algo que está en proceso de normalizarse, de convertirse en
un hábito o costumbre; se traduce como "acostumbrarse".

She doesn’t like living in a big city, but she’ll get
used to living there.

I’m getting used to studing every morning.
o
They used to work alone, but they have to get used to
working together.
o
I got used to reading English books.
Ø Como puedes ver, cada forma puede ir
seguida de un verbo o un nombre, pero en el caso de los verbos, hay que prestar
atención, ya que Used to va seguido de infinitivo, mientras que To be used to y
To get used to van seguidos de gerundio.
